Skippers are requested to register their boats for the
Lighted Boat Parade for Friday and/or Saturday nights.
Go to the bottom of this page to Sign Up Your Boat.
Sailing Schedule - Both Nights:
16:30: Skipper's Pre-Sail Brief (Mandatory, Skippers meet in the Club House)
17:30: Boats away from their moorage
17:45: Boats begin to form up in parade order
18:10: Parade begins off of Ruby Point
Things you can do to prepare for the parade:
- Usual Boat Mechanical/Electrical checks
- Two functional VHF radios - borrow a handheld if necessary
- NAV System Software - all updates installed
- Parade Route Way Points entered in NAV System
- Computer - All updates installed and rebooted
- Red flashlight - or other Low-Level Light to maintain night vision
- Searchlight checks
- Decoration lights fully functional and adequately secured
- Generator/inverter not overloaded with lights and heaters
