Youth Sailing Program for Summer 2004

It has been decided to expand the Youth Sailing Program beyond the four weeks we offered last year. Thus, the core training dates for these one-week youth sailing day camps (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) during the summer of 2004 are:

June 28 - July 2	Beginners
July 5 - July 9	Beginners
July 12 - July 16	Beginners
July 19 - July 22	Intermediate
July 26 - July 30	Beginners

Students must be age 10 to 15 years and know how to swim competently. Experience has shown that some 10 year olds are too timid to get much benefit from the training.

The intermediate course is for students who have completed the beginner's training successfully and desire to increase their sailing proficiency.

We are also planning an additional week for older beginners, namely adults and "young adults" 16 years or older:

August 2 - August 6

An additioal week from June 21 to June 25 is reserved for Boy Scouts.
Scouts should register as beginners.

Cost: $ 175 per student per week
