Reciprocal Moorage Guide

Yacht Club Listings

The following is a list of yacht clubs that offer BYC their facilities on a reciprocal basis.

Please remember the following standard courtesies.

Fly your BYC burgee when using reciprocal facilities Carry your current BYC membership card and be prepared to cheerfully present it if requested. Follow all the rules of the host yacht club. Conform to the host club’s restrictions regarding auxiliary power (generator) use. Show other yacht clubs that BYC members have fun and deport themselves so as to be welcomed to return. Remember the golden rule.

This guide provides general information about each club. It hoped that this information is accurate; however, reciprocal arrangements are subject to change as are contact numbers. If you note any changes to the enclosed information during your cruising please notify the reciprocal chair by placing the appropriate information in the reciprocal mail box at the front of the store. I recommend that you carry a current copy of The Burgee in your vessel for updated information on clubs, charts for moorage areas and other moorage opportunities in the Puget Sound area.

If you visit a facility with whom we do not have reciprocity please feel free to approach them about the possibility of establishing a relationship with BYC. Advise the reciprocal chair with contact information and we will seek to establish a relationship.

Please note that next to the yacht club name, is a year in parenthesis that indicates the latest date that we have for a reciprocal letter that has been received from that club. If there is no date, we do not have a reciprocal agreement on file at this time. We will attempt to re-establish reciprocal letters for these out of date agreements over the next several months.
