At 13:00 Thursday 17 Feb. we will be installing mooring beams on the
condo covers to accommodate visiting boats. A signup list will be posted
for volunteers to install beams on Thursday. Again Sunday 20 Feb.

Proper mooring of open slip boats is critical during the winter months. Correct mooring includes spring lines tending fore and aft and bow and stern lines. These lines must work together to insure your boat remains snugly moored to your float. Stern lines can be passed to the cleat across the pier to insure you boat doesn't wander across the slip and chafe the boat adjacent to you. Fenders on the outboard side of you boat are strongly recommended.
